Training Programs

All services are available for Sport Performance and Fitness Training.

Be sure to consult with your doctor or physician before entering any exercise program, or making any drastic changes to your daily eating habits.

We offer the following programs:

One On One Training: We will help you to achieve YOUR ultimate level of conditioning. You will do it more quickly, safely, and conveniently than you ever thought possible. Your Personal Trainer will design a program just for you. They will motivate, encourage and monitor you with every move. You will gain total faith in reaching your goals and gain knowledge about what it takes to improve your quality of life and overall physical fitness.

 
In Home / Out Door Training: In these tough economic times, it becomes difficult to justify the cost of a health club membership as well a pay the personal training rate enforced by the gyms.  Throw out the monthly membership fees!  For the same or even less training rate, allow me or one of my colleagues to come to your home, condo fitness center, or even meet outdoors for personal fitness boot camp training.  In fact, you can save more money by creating a small private group of friends or family, to work with a personal trainer and split the fee among all the participants for a great outdoor workout at a local park, or your own back yard.


Personal Group Fitness Training:
Have a friend or two? Share the session you spend with a trainer in the gym as a 2 on 1, or 3 on 1 training session.  If you have similar goals, then you can split the cost of a personal trainer to save you money, and still benefit from a specific exercise program, as well as enjoy the comradory of your friends.



Satellite Training:
 Meet with a trainer twice a week for two weeks to set your routine for the next month.  After which, you'll meet with your trainer once a month or once every two weeks to re-assess your progress, and to create new exercise routines in order to avoid plateaus.  This approach takes the greatest level of dedication and responsibility upon yourself.
